Their remapping solutions are based on extensive testing and development, focusing on enhancing engine output while ensuring the engines are not overly stressed. The process involves modifying the engine control unit (ECU) settings to improve various aspects of vehicle performance.

Typical gains on the TD5 model are:
- Stage 1: Typically raises power to around 150-155 BHP with torque in excess of 350Nm
- Stage 2: Consists of a Remap/Intercooler that will take you to around 170-180 BHP with torque of around 390-400Nm
- Stage 3: With the rest of the Alive tuning products including a hybrid turbo or VNT turbo will give the ultimate TD5 experience delivering well over 230bhp and around 450Nm of torque
We also offer remaps for Puma Defenders, Puma Defenders typically don't need any extra mods for a stage 1 remap, but for an extra performance boost or a stage 2 remap our recommendation is an up-rated intercooler and sports exhaust.
